Billing
Vulkos Pro is a monthly subscription that raises your weekly compute and AI-credit allowances. Upgrading, payment, and invoices are all handled through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.
Upgrading to Pro#
You can start an upgrade from two places:
- The pricing page — choose Pro and you'll be taken straight to checkout.
- Your account's Plan & billing tab — the Upgrade to Pro button does the same thing without leaving the app.

Start checkout
Click Upgrade to Pro. We open a secure Lemon Squeezy checkout pre-filled with your account email. - 2
Enter payment details
Pay by card. Your subscription begins immediately once payment succeeds. - 3
Plan activates
Within a few seconds your account switches to Pro and your higher weekly allowances apply. You can confirm this in the Plan & billing panel.
Managing your subscription#
Once you're on Pro, the Plan & billing panel shows a Manage subscription button. It opens your Lemon Squeezy customer portal, where you can update your card, change billing details, view past invoices, and cancel.
The portal is your self-service hub
Everything about your payment — card changes, invoices, cancellation — lives in the customer portal. Vulkos never stores your card details; they're held securely by Lemon Squeezy.Cancelling & downgrades#
Cancel any time from the customer portal. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for — there's no immediate cut-off and no partial refund. When that period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan and its allowances.
Nothing you've created is deleted when you downgrade. Your projects and recent run history stay put; only your weekly limits change.
Invoices & payment#
Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record, so it handles tax and issues your receipts. Every payment generates an invoice you can download from the customer portal. If a renewal payment fails, you'll be notified and given a chance to update your card before Pro access lapses.
